Gina Race is the founder of Growth Built Right and a hands-on operations leader. She spent more than a decade helping build and run a performance marketing agency, scaling departments and creating the systems that supported them.

She connects business priorities with how work gets done, from deciding what needs to change to building it with the team and supporting adoption.
